OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: No Purchase Necessary. The eBay Green Team re+purpose Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") including the Qualified Entry Contest as described below is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry ("Eligible Participant"). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of eBay, Inc., ("eBay") and eBay Inc.'s affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions ("eBay Entities") (eBay and eBay Entities collectively, "Sponsor"), advertising and promotion agencies, KOMPOLT and Strobe Promotions, Inc. are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest and personal jurisdiction shall exclusively be the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara, California.

2. TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on October 7, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on November 19, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). The Qualified Entry Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM PT on 11/4/09 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/19/09. During the Promotion Period, there will be three (3) Phases whereby Eligible Participants will be entered in a Sweepstakes for various actions taken during the entry period of the Phase. Phase 1 will begin at 12:00:00 AM PT on 10/7/09 and end at 11:59:59 PM PT on 10/19/09 ("Phase 1 Entry Period"). Phase 2 will begin at 12:00:00 AM PT on 10/20/09 and end at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/3/09 ("Phase 2 Entry Period"). Phase 3 will begin at 12:00:00 AM PT on 11/4/09 and end at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/19/09 ("Phase 3 Entry Period"). One (1) Grand Prize of $5,000 will be awarded to an entrant in each Phase from among all eligible entries received in each respective Phase. In addition, Eligible Participants will also be able to enter the Qualified Entry Contest by submitting a video during Phase 3, which will be judged & scored. The entrant with the highest scoring entry in the Qualified Entry Contest will win an Ecofabulous Shopping Spree.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways:

Phase 1 Entry Period

(a) Register for the Sweepstakes or Join the eBay Green Team. To be entered in the Sweepstakes, you must first go to ebaygreenteam2.com, and complete and submit the online Registration Form during the Phase 1 Entry Period. If you are not currently an eBay Green Team member, you will automatically become one by successfully registering for the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per email address for this method during the Phase 1 Entry Period. Subsequent entries received from the same person at the same email address will be disqualified. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 1 Entry Period drawing.

(b) Facebook Entry. In order to enter the Sweepstakes via Facebook, you must be a member of Facebook.com. If you already have a Facebook account, submit your password and log in. If you are not an existing member of Facebook, you will be required to follow the directions and sign up for Facebook. When you sign up for Facebook, you are indicating that you have read and agree to Facebook's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Membership to Facebook.com is free. You will receive on (1) entry in the Sweepstakes each day you: (i) click on the Facebook share button that appears on the promotional website at ebaygreenteam2.com; (ii) sign on to your Facebook account; and (iii) share the campaign with your friends by posting a message about the promotion on your Facebook wall. Your message must be in the English language. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 1 Entry Period drawing.

(c) Twitter Entry. In order to enter the Sweepstakes via Twitter, you must have a non-private Twitter account ("Twitter Account"). If you already have a Twitter Account, submit your email address and password and sign in. If you are not an existing member of Twitter, you will be required to follow the directions and join Twitter. When you join Twitter, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept the Twitter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership to Twitter.com is free. You will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes each day you: (i) click on the Twitter share button that appears on the promotional website at ebaygreenteam2.com; ii) sign on to your Twitter account; and (iii) post a tweet about the promotion, including the hashtag (#ebaygreen) during the Phase 1 Entry Period. Your tweet must be in the English language. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 1 Entry Period drawing.

(d) Create a "Paper Doll". To enter the Sweepstakes, go to the promotional website at ebaygreenteam2.com, design your own vintage look creating a virtual paper doll using the Paper Doll Application and share with your friends during the Phase 1 Entry Period. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 1 Entry Period drawing.

(e) Alternate Method of Entry: Go to ebaygreenteam2.com, click on the sweepstakes link and complete and submit the sweepstakes registration form by providing the information required during the Phase 1 Entry Period. You must acknowledge that you have read and you agree to these Official Rules by checking the box that appears on the sweepstakes registration form. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 1 Entry Period drawing.

Entry Deadline & Limitations – Phase 1: All Entries, regardless of method of entry, must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on 10/19/09 in order to be entered in the random drawing for the Phase 1 Entry Period. Non-winning entries will not be eligible for subsequent Phase random drawings. There is a limit of up to five (5) entries per eBay user ID and/or per person/email address per day, regardless of method of entry. Subsequent entries submitted by the same entrant on the same day are void.

Phase 2 Entry Period

(a) Register for the Sweepstakes or Join the eBay Green Team. To be entered in the Sweepstakes, you must first go to ebaygreenteam2.com, and complete and submit the online Registration Form during the Phase 2 Entry Period. If you are not currently an eBay Green Team member, you will automatically become one by successfully registering for the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per email address for this method during the Phase 2 Entry Period. If you are not an existing member of Twitter, you will be required to follow the directions and join Twitter. When you join Twitter, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept the Twitter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership to Twitter.com is free. (d) Create an "Online Robot". To enter the Sweepstakes, go to the promotional website at ebaygreenteam2.com and create your own online robot using the Robot Application during the Phase 2 Entry Period. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 2 Entry Period drawing.

(e) Alternate Method of Entry: Go to ebaygreenteam2.com, click on the sweepstakes link and complete and submit the sweepstakes registration form by providing the information required during the Phase 2 Entry Period. You must acknowledge that you have read and you agree to these Official Rules by checking the box that appears on the sweepstakes registration form. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible for the Phase 2 Entry Period drawing.

Qualified Entry Contest

Upload a Video OR Upload a Photograph and Submit a Description. To enter the ecofabulous Reuse Qualified Entry Contest, go to the promotional website during the Phase 3 Entry Period at ebaygreenteam2.com and upload either a 60-second video or before and after photographs plus a brief description (no more than 500 words), showcasing a creative reuse project you created, using the links provided on the website. Videos must be in .avi, .mov, .mpeg or .wmv electronic format, may not exceed 5MB in size and may be no longer than one minute in total duration. The Photograph must be in either JPG or GIF electronic formats and may not exceed 300K in size. Entry must be received by date and time as stated in the Entry Deadline paragraph below in order to be eligible.

Entry Deadline & Limitations: All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/19/09 in order to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per day. Each contest entry must be unique. Subsequent entries received from the same person at the same email address on the same day will be disqualified as will duplicated entries submitted on more than one day.

All Photographs & Videos submitted must not contain any trademarks or trade names of any third party (including brand names and brands recognizable by their shape or form), must not contain offensive, violent, racially disparaging, sexual, or any other image, word, or gesture that, in eBay's sole discretion, is offensive or inappropriate. Videos and/or photos must be of good quality and clearly depict the theme. Neither Videos nor Photographs may be produced by professional videographers or photographers or subject to any other copyright other than that of the entrant and must be of good quality, unpublished and may not have won any prize or award. Modifying, enhancing, retouching or altering any photographs/videos provided in connection with this Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest in any way may disqualify the entrant, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Photographs, Videos & Descriptions must be in keeping with the Sponsor's image, and may not be offensive, nor can it defame, or invade upon the publicity rights or privacy of any person or otherwise infringe upon any person's or entity's intellectual property, personal or proprietary rights, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Videos & Descriptions submitted must be in the English language.

Each entrant must either (i) be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights (including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights) in and to all content and elements (including, without limitation, music) incorporated into or used in the entry or (ii) have the express written permission to use such content and elements from the owner(s) of the rights to such content and elements. Any entrant whose Video, Photograph or Description includes likenesses of third parties or contains content or elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of buildings, songs, individual names, trademarks, or logos) must be able to provide written legal releases (in a form that is satisfactory to Sponsor and the judges) that permit the entrant to use and exploit such content and elements in the manner used and exploited and that permit Sponsor's right to use and exploit the content and materials in accordance with these Official Rules ("IP Releases") in order to be eligible.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Website's database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest. Entrant must have a valid email address and Facebook profile to enter via Facebook. Entries via Facebook will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook profile at the time the entry is submitted. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address that is registered with the Facebook profile. Entries via Twitter will be deemed made by the authorized account holder associated with the username used to enter via Twitter. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a username by Twitter.com. You may enter using only a Twitter.com account subscribed to and registered in your name. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the person subscribed and registered to the username from which entries are received. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the user name/email address associated with the winning entry. Entries via an eBay website will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the eBay User ID or the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the eBay User ID by eBay Inc or is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate are void. Incomplete Entries or Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or dispose of any entry, proper names, likenesses, and photographs or videos for advertising and promotional purposes in all media (including, but not limited to, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If an entrant changes his/her telephone number, email address, and/or street address, and/or Facebook/Twitter account after he/she enters the Sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor by (postal) mailing notice to Sponsor's address (listed below) to be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

Entrants may use the eBay name in their entry in a descriptive manner; however, use of the eBay logo or any intellectual property owned by eBay is prohibited.

Any entrant whose Photograph, Video or Description includes likenesses of third parties or contains content or elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of buildings, songs, individual names, trademarks, or logos) must be able to provide written legal releases (in a form that is satisfactory to Sponsor) that permit the entrant to use and exploit such elements in the manner used and exploited and that permit Sponsor's right to use and exploit the content and materials in accordance with these Official Rules ("IP Releases") before eligible to be declared a winner.

ALL ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL ENTRY MATERIALS SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION ARE SUBMITTED ON A NON-CONFIDENTIAL AND NON-PROPRIETARY BASIS AND MAY BE USED BY SPONSOR.

In the event the likeness of a minor is included in an entrant's video/photograph, entrant must provide a legal release from the parent/legal guardian of the minor depicted.

Incomplete Entries or Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion.

4. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each Phase Entry Period (excluding those for the Qualified Entry Contest) on or about dates stated in the chart below.

The random drawings will be conducted by Strobe Promotions, Inc., an independent judging organization. Judges' and Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest. Potential winners will be notified, depending upon method of entry, via Facebook, Twitter or by electronic mail and/or overnight or U.S. mail on or about dates stated in the chart above. Potential winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where legal, publicity release, and a Federal and State tax release and return these documents, properly executed, within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with these requirements within this time frame, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received in each Entry Period. Limit one prize per person.

5. DETERMINATION OF QUALIFIED ENTRY CONTEST WINNER: All entries will be judged by a panel of judges based on the following criteria: (i) Originality – 25%; (ii) Clarity of Expression – 25%; (iii) Passion for using eBay– 25%; (iv) Appropriateness to Contest Theme described in Section 3 Above – 25%. The top scoring entry will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification & compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, the Entries involved in the tie will be reviewed by an additional judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and who will evaluate the tied Entries according to the criteria listed above. Decision of judges is final and binding on all matters relating to this judging. Grand Prize winner of Qualified Entry Contest will be determined and notified on or about 12/11/09.

6. PRIZES: Phases 1, 2 & 3: One (1) Grand Prize winner in each Phase will receive $5,000, to be awarded as a deposit into the winner's PayPal account. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000/ea. Qualified Entry Contest: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $1,000 Ecofabulous Shopping Spree (to be awarded as a deposit into the winner's PayPal account) and two (2) hours with an ecofabulous consultant (ARV $500). Total ARV: $1,500. Total ARV of all prizes: $16,500. Winners must have a U.S. PayPal Account in good standing (the "PayPal account") at time of prize award or must create a U.S. PayPal Account at www.PayPal.com in order to receive, access and use prize. If the email address you provided is not associated with your PayPal account, you must associate it with your PayPal account within seven (7) days from time of prize notification to qualify. If you do not currently have a PayPal.com account, you must create a PayPal account within seven (7) days from the time of prize notification. Follow directions to register to become a member. All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prizes will be awarded. A prize may not be transferred or substituted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Specifics of the prize are in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a prize of equal or greater value. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state or place of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Prizes will be awarded within 3-4 weeks of prize notification.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Use of any eBay Site and Sponsor's use of information submitted by entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to the eBay User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the eBay Site. You will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest if your accounts on any eBay Site are not in good standing. In order for your accounts to be deemed in good standing as that term is used herein, you must not have a hold on your account and your account must not be suspended or past due as of 10/7/09. Sponsor's use of information secured on Facebook or Twitter and submitted by entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to either the Facebook User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the Facebook.com or to the Twitter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on Twitter.com. All materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest will not be returned. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material and entry submission for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

8. GRANT OF LICENSE: By entering the Sweepstakes & Qualified Entry Contest, entrants grant Sponsor, its agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, KOMPOLT and Strobe Promotions, Inc. (the "Licensees") a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, import, export, copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, and transmit any and all intellectual property rights entrant has in the entry, in any media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, the internet. Further, by entering the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest, entrant grants Licensees the additional license to, and by winning, winners grant Sponsor the rights to, adapt, translate, and distribute the entry or incorporate the entry into any form, medium or technology, including the right, at each Licensee's and/or Sponsor's sole discretion, to publish the entry for advertising and promotional purposes. Licensees/Sponsor shall not be required to designate entrants/winners as the creators or authors of the entries that are distributed or otherwise exploited by Licensees/Sponsor, or include any references to entrants/winners on, or in connection with, any entries that are distributed or otherwise exploited by Licensees/Sponsors. Each entrant agrees that Sponsor may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, voice and/or likeness, or photograph in any and all media for the purpose of advertising and promoting the Website, the Sweepstakes, the Qualified Entry Contest or any other promotion, sponsored by the Sponsor. Neither entrants nor winners shall be entitled to receive any compensation or credit for use of entries, other than that disclosed in these Official Rules.

9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Entrant represents and warrants the following: 1) that he/she is the original author and owner (or represents and warrants that the owner of such rights has expressly granted any and all rights to the entrant) of any and all entry materials posted, uploaded, or otherwise submitted (modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's pre-existing work does not qualify as entrant's original creation); 2) the entry will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. Entrants are prohibited from posting, uploading, or otherwise submitting any entry material that infringes on any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights of another (including publicity and privacy rights); 3) that the submission is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; 4) that the entry material is not obscene, offensive, libelous, pornographic, threatening, abusive, contains illegal content, or is otherwise objectionable, that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Entrant acknowledges that nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and Sponsor. In no way is entrant to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of Sponsor in any respect.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, KOMPOLT AND STROBE PROMOTIONS, INC., THEIR RESPECITVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES/QUALIFIED ENTRY CONTEST OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE SWEEPSTAKES/QUALIFIED ENTRY CONTEST OR THE PRIZE AWARDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTIONAL WEB SITE AND RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, damaged, stolen or misdirected submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website, inability to submit an entry, upload a photograph, description or video, or fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest at any time without notice, if in the judges' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest, or if any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest or for any other reason in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may void any entries they suspect are at issue and award the prize from among all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES/QUALIFIED ENTRY CONTEST OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES/QUALIFIED ENTRY CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or interferes with the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest. Any attempt by an individual to access any website associated with the Sweepstakes/Qualified Entry Contest via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
